It was a pleasant surprise to see ducks, chickens, and even alpacas!

The charming touch of a cracker with the cafe’s name made it all the more inviting. Meanwhile, my hubby, in a daring move, opted for popcorn-infused ice cream! It may have sounded strange, but he enjoyed every bite. Once we placed our orders, a code on our phone signaled that our sweet treats were on their way.
This was convenient, especially when there are many people here. The line sometimes ends up outside of the building like when we waited. A good thing about this is that the bathroom is at the entrance way. So, you would have a chance to sneak away. Besides that, there’s a spot where you can take brochures of local hikes, or other things happening around the area.

If you’re wondering how to reach this delightful destination, the easiest way is by car. Although there’s a train option. However it can vary with the seasons. Lysvik is just a 25-minute drive from Sunne Check out google maps for more detailed directions. Now, if you’re more of an outdoorsy traveler, consider exploring the area on a bike. From Sunne, it’s about a one-hour bike ride, while those coming from Stockholm should prepare for a scenic five-hour journey. Again, google maps will be your trusty guide.
We usually venture here by car since it’s a great way to get our little one to take a nap while we drive. Plus, it’s easier for us to travel with our day bag, our kid, and the two of us with a car.
